It is designed to help users detect website security vulnerabilities, configuration errors, and other potential security risks.

1.2 The Service includes, but is not limited to:

  • Website vulnerability scanning
  • Security configuration detection
  • Content risk detection
  • Potential attack vulnerability detection
  • Other related security services

2. User Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Users of the Service must be at least 18 years of age or have obtained consent from a legal guardian.

2.2 During registration, users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and ensure it remains current.

2.3 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.

3. Service Usage Rules

3.1 The Service may only be used to scan websites or assets owned or legally authorized by the user. Scanning third-party websites or assets is prohibited.

3.2 Users shall not use the Service for any activity that compromises network security, including but not limited to:

  • Spreading viruses/malware
  • Phishing
  • Hacking
  • DDoS attacks

3.3 Users shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service, nor modify, copy, rent, lease, lend, sell, distribute, or otherwise transfer any part of the Service.

3.4 Users acknowledge and agree that security scanning may impact the target website and are advised to perform scans during off-peak business hours.

4. Service Fees and Payment

4.1 The Service offers multiple billing options, including but not limited to pay-per-use, monthly/annual subscriptions, etc.

4.2 Users must pay service fees in full and on time. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of the Service.

5. Service Availability and Limitations

5.1 We will make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure continuous and stable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5.2 Scan results are for reference only. We do not guarantee the detection of all security vulnerabilities or the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of the results.

5.3 Users acknowledge and agree that we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any or all service features as needed.

5.4 Refund Policy

5.4.1 Refund Eligibility

Users may request a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Unused Service: If the Service has not been used (e.g., no scan tasks initiated), users may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase.
  • Service Unavailability: If the Service is fully unavailable for over 24 hours due to our fault, users may request a pro-rata refund (based on unused days).
  • Major Functionality Failure: If the Service fails to deliver core promised features (e.g., inability to complete scans or generate reports), users may request a full or partial refund.
5.4.2 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • The Service has been used (e.g., scan tasks executed).
  • Scan failures due to user error (e.g., misconfigured target websites, network issues).
  • Refund requests due to changes in personal needs (e.g., no longer requiring the Service).
  • Service termination due to violations of these Terms (e.g., misuse, unauthorized scanning).
5.4.3 Refund Process
  1. Users must submit a refund request via official customer support channels (e.g., email, online ticket), including order details and reason for refund.
  2. We will review and process refund requests within 5 business days.
  3. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, with processing times dependent on the payment platform (typically 3-10 business days).
5.4.4 Special Notes
  • Trial or free services are not eligible for refunds.
  • Additional refund arrangements for exceptional circumstances (e.g., major service failures) will be announced separately.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All intellectual property rights in the Service, including related technologies, documentation, and reports, belong to us.

6.2 Users may not modify, create derivative works, or replicate/imitate the Service's design, interface, features, or graphics.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1 We will handle users' personal information and scan data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7.2 Users warrant that they have legal authorization to scan the target websites and that such content is lawful and non-infringing.

7.3 We will implement reasonable security measures to protect user data but are not liable for breaches caused by user negligence.

8. Disclaimer

8.1 We are not liable for damages caused by:

  • Force majeure events
  • User misconduct
  • Third-party actions
  • Network operator failures
  • Violations of these Terms

8.2 In no event shall our liability exceed the total fees paid by the user for the Service.

9. Service Modifications and Termination

9.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect upon publication, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

9.2 We may suspend or terminate the Service for violations without refunding paid fees.

9.3 Users may stop using the Service at any time, but paid fees are non-refundable.
